February is a month of love.... love for fashion! As New York Fashion Week draws to an end the crew at Naturally Knotty would like to express our love for scarves with a little highlight of NYFW and the designers who embrace our favorite accessory.
Billy Reid: An American fashion designer who values a classic styles and high quality fabrics, with a flair for unusual accents. We love his fall color pallete and effortless knots that give off a causal chic look we can’t get enough of.
Mara Hoffman: A women’s contemporary designer who is known best for her resort wear and bathing suits gets an A+ for carrying her vibrant colors on over to fall. We love the way she mixes prints and finishes off an outfit with a statement scarf adding volume and flare.
Chanel needs no introduction, and we are thrilled to see this design house embrace the knit scarf for their fall 2013 line. We sense a bit of a Les Miserables influence with an emphasis on argyle and plaids that are paired with bright pops of warm reds and oranges. These scarves make the outfit and make us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
